I had a 12’ patio door installed. It is beautiful! The wood trim is lovely and the outside siding trim looks very nice. Mark, Whit, Galvin, Bret and Andrew were very professional. They steadily worked from the time they arrived until they left. They cleaned up throughout the job vacuuming, sweeping cleaning the door and picked up all their supplies. They put cloth down to cover my hardwood floors. I am so satisfied with your products. I had 10 large windows installed last year. I got the same courteous service; that is why I keep coming back. Thank you Window World and the crew.

We contacted your company to get an estimate on replacement windows. Mr. Brian Hawkins was the salesman who arrived to give us the estimate. His presentation was organized, thorough and factual. He is an exceptional salesman and a great asset to the company. We were so impressed with the way he represented the company, it only took a short time to decide to have your company install our windows.

The crew came out on Saturday November 6, and installed the windows in our home. We were not looking forward to the experience because we imaged there would be a massive clean up afterwards. We were pleasantly surprised.

The five men who arrived to do the job were professional and courteous. They kept us informed of their progress as they worked to complete the job. In less than three hours the windows were installed and the clean up complete.

In this day and time it is rare to find a company that does what it promises. Window World is one of these companies. It was a great experience and we are glad we finally decided to buy new windows!

I'm writing to let you know that my family's experience with Window World of Virginia Beach was outstanding. We had the exterior of our Suffolk home completely redone by Window World. Your help with the set up and for the crew that installed the windows, doors and vinyl siding was beyond expectations. The window and door installers were very courteous and they really did a professional job. The installers for the siding had a real challenge due to the weather, but did one of the best installs that I've seen to date. Kevin and his team really went out of their way to explain and show us what they were doing and why it was being done that way. Their attention to detail made our house a showcase for how siding should be done. They also did a remarkable job with the clean up, because they knew we had a three year old in the house and they wanted to be sure there was nothing left for her to get hurt with. I will be recommending Window World to all my friends. To all at Window World of Virginia Beach, from the admin personnel to the installers "THANK YOU".

First and foremost, however, I want to take the time to thank the "M1" crew (installers). Specifically; Mike Kinney, Tom Beal, Jeff Ball Dan Hernandez and Roger Hough.

Gary, I have been a home owner for almost forty years. I have had numerous contractors at my house. I have had builders, pool installers, duct work installers, heating and A/C contractors… name it and they have been to my house. NEVER and I do mean NEVER have I ever had the pleasure in dealing with such wonderful men. These guys are the best! The team work these men displayed was phenomenal. The efficiency was unbelievable! There wasn't a spec of debris inside or outside my house when they were done. I even saw one guy on his hands and knees wiping down my hardwood floors to ensure there wasn't any evidence that they were ever there.

The professionalism Mike Kinney took with me when they were all done installing the windows was above reproach. He took his time to ensure I knew how to operate the windows properly. How to open them in for ease of cleaning. How to safely and carefully remove the screens… Thank you, Mike!
