It was a pleasure doing business with Window World from start to finish. Ian, Steve and Preston were professional and efficient, installing our windows in a matter of hours. We are pleased with the price and quality of work.

I have had my windows from Window World for 20 years! They are one of the best purchases that we have made. Today, James came out and repaired a few pieces. He was SO NICE, SO KNOWLEDGEABLE and took the time to explain what each piece was. From the customer service, to the sales, to the repair guys, Window World is exceptional! I cannot recommend them enough!

My experience with Window World of Tidewater was very pleasant. Jackie, in the office, was very helpful in choosing my windows and made me aware of the various steps along the way to a completed project.
Ian, Steve and Preston made Installation Day a charm. They were quick to get the job done, proficient and friendly. Plus, all debris was cleaned up before they left. Thank you, Window World. Gale Davis

We had 15 double hung windows replaced in our home that was constructed in 1967. The installation only took half a day. We were impressed with Window World from our first visit with the sales consultant to the final installation this week. We had an entirely positive experience. We highly recommend Window World.

One of our windows is having issues and I had Window World and other companies out for quotes. I ended up deciding against moving forward with replacing the window, but I wanted to leave a positive review because Brian came out and gave us not only a fair quote but also was super knowledgeable. Definitely keeping them in mind for future window replacements.

STEVE, IAN, DAVE AND PRESTON arrived on time, were very professional, worked great as a team and cleaned up e v erything. What a greaT job.
Once or twice I actually got up to shut the patio door it was as if it wasn't there and it took some getting used to unfogged window panels.
The guys were great but hey Dave, you need to get your money back for the haircut. Lol. Just kidding

Outstanding ! We had 13 windows installed in our home 21years ago and developed problem with leaking on 3 of them. Josh (owner) decided to not repair but to replace the 3 windows honoring the lifetime warranty offered. Technicians Steve and Ian came out and installed the windows. Their professionalism blew us away from start to finish. Customer Satisfaction was their priority and they far exceeded that. Window world strives to get 5 star review every time but if I could it would be a 10. We are so happy we went with window world. Thank You Steve and Ian “For A Job Well Done”
