Steve, Ian, and Preston came out to do two of our doors on two separate occasions. They did an excellent job, while being efficient. They answered all our questions and were easy to work with. We will use window world again in the future.

Justin showed up with a team of 5 and replaced 13 windows and a garage access door in a very impressive and timely manner. They were on site at approximately 9:30 and at 1 PM, with cleanup all done and walk around inspection completed, we were wrapping up the final paperwork. They have the process down to a science! I was very happy we decided to go with WindowWorld of Tidewater. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

The Window World Team, Steve, Ian and Preston were extremely professional in the installation of the of the new windows . We couldn't have asked for better service team. Not to leave anyone out the office staff and Brandon our Window World Rep made the process of purchasing a breeze.
Thank you Window World.

From having Larry out to do our quote, all the way to completion by Kevin and his crew, our experience was great. We received a fair quote (they came in comparable to other quotes from other companies) and the install was beyond wonderful. Kevin and crew communicated everything to us as they were going, and even took care of some things we hadn’t known about. Our new windows and siding have made a huge difference in not only the appearance of our exterior, but comfort levels inside!

Please pass on to Luke and his team how impressed we were of the professional installation that his team was able to accomplish for us. They arrived on time with all the windows and door and started work immediately. They were all well versed in the product they were installing and answered any questions that we had related to the installation and schedule. The installation was done expeditiously and in an organized plan of action. We are very satisfied with the outcome. The windows are of a good quality and the overall cost was a great value. I would recommend Window World to anyone that’s seeking to replace windows in their home or business.
Again, thank Luke and everyone on his team. Window World is fortunate to have qualified workers that take pride in their craftsmanship.
