I called and spoke with Nancy about a sliding glass door that would no longer lock. She verified that my issue was covered under warranty, and had a service technician scheduled the next day for an 8:00am service call. James arrived at my house a little after 7:30am and not only had the broken part replaced in less than 10 minutes, but also took the time to explain how the new lock was different, was more secure, and would not have the same issue as the old lock going forward. Great service all around, and I highly recommend Window World of Tidewater to anyone needing service or replacement for window or doors.
